Family Farm Paintings

“Family farms dot the landscape where I live and I see beauty as well as history in each one. They come alive when I meet the families and learn their stories. As the suburbs spread, I see the family farms being swallowed up. With my painting, I try to preserve these memories.

Most of these paintings are part of my Lang  ”On the Farm” Wall Calendars,” which were published for 7 years. One of the greatest blessings from this project was meeting so many wonderful farm families and learning their stories! Some have remained friends for years!
